in late of 2021 I open a account with XXXX XXXX XXXX and paid the {$99.00} annual cardholder fee. In XXXX I went to use the card and my account no longer existed. I called the number on the back of the card and they said they no longer had my account in their system. This is a fraudulent company. No financial purges account info in less than a year from their system. My receipt for the {$99.00} cardholder charge cant even be opened. I attached it
