Consumer Narrative

Synchrony Bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that my account was closed with my consent on XX/XX/2022 on XXXX XXXX, but I didn't closed my account, I didn't closed any account. I have requested for a supervisor to revise the recorder call on that day and I didn't receive any response. I reported to XXXX as well with out resolving because Synchrony mention that closed my account " per customer request ''. I want to have my account reinstated and resolved my credit score as well.
