I originally had a mortgage through XXXX XXXX which was never paid late. Then on XX/XX/2018 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This caused me to have a hardship and have to put my payment on forbearance/dererment. The loan was transferred to XXXX XXXX and then to Carrington mortgage Bank. Carrington rejected our application to be on deferment. And instead of adding all the late payments to the end of the loan they marked late payments all across all three mortgage companies. By the time it was transferred it left negative late payment remarks on my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX credit reports as late payments past 120 days. XXXX XXXX apologized and removed the late payments. But XXXX and Carrington have not. We have hired credit repair companies for the last two years. We have messaged and called each credit bureau and mortgage company to try and get these removed but have had no luck. We are ready to move past this incident and be able to buy or build our dream home but can't with this on my credit report.
