I was getting offer from Chase to refinance my townhouse they start the process of refinancing my house and told me I need to put {$500.00} deposit. The agent XXXX XXXX told me if I cancel refinance they will not refund the {$500.00} If Chase decide not to proceed the loan they will refund my {$500.00} XXXXthey canceled my loan and never returned my {$500.00} I tried my best for almost 9 months they did not refund my money. I spoke to agent XXXX XXXX told him if they dont fix this problem Im going to complain to consumer department he asked me not to do it he will fix it and he did kept his promise and never return my phone calls
