I submitted a refund request with them XX/XX/26, hours after they announced the refund policy for student loans. Due to their fault, I was told that there was an error in the previous refund submittal, and they would need to process this XXXX. I have called numerous times and have gotten no clear update as to when I would be receiving the money that is owed to me. I, and many others are very frustrated with this process. I would like to receive my refund as soon as possible.
