I called Aidvantage on XX/XX/22 to request a refund of {$1900.00}. The refund was for funds that I had paid during the XXXX payment pause. I was told it would be processed and I would receive a refund in XXXX weeks. I called back about XXXX weeks after my request to check the status since I had not received the refund. They said that the time frame had changed to XXXX but my request was approved and I didnt need to worry. Throughout this there was no way to get a tracking number or any confirmation outside of verbal confirmation. When I called back XXXX weeks later XX/XX/22 I was told that it was approved but never processed so the request was not sent to the XXXX XXXX As of the XXXX I was told this has been processed and expedited but since the Treasury is back logged it will still be an additional XXXX weeks. This will leave me without a refund for up to XXXX weeks from the original request all due to them not properly submitting my request. They said there is nothing more they can do. I find them XXXX XXXX at fault and I am left without money that is rightfully mine
