Requested a Refund on XX/XX/2022 from Aidvantage for payments made during COVID. At which time i was told it would take 4-6 weeks to process and would be repaid the same way it was made and confirmed it was still the same bank account on file. XX/XX/2022 Called for an update and was told 6-8 weeks. The approval date was on XX/XX/2022. XX/XX/2022 XXXX Called for a update had to look for my loan request was now told 8-12 weeks for ACH direct deposit and 10-14 weeks for check. Then i was told request was put in for a check and there was nothing they could do. XX/XX/2022 XXXX called back talked to another representative who also had a hard time finding my request. She stated it was still processing on there end and that she could put a note for request via ACH still. Currently almost 9 weeks in today and no updated balance since the initial 4-6 week window i was told, initial request was put in on XX/XX/2022. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
