15 U.S.C. 1681s-2. ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information Is inaccurate. After reviewing my report I must inform you that I am NOT responsible for none of the Bank accounts listed on my report as I have been a victim of identity theft. I have already notified both my local police department and the Federal Trade Commission by completing an identity theft report and I have included a copy for your review. Please delete all of the bank accounts negatively impacting my credit report immediately! Ive sent out numerous letter to both XXXX XXXX and the ChexSystems asking for proof showing that these accounts are mine and neither companies has responded to my request i demand that they both delete all inaccuracies off of my reports immediately or I will be forced to hire an attorney and seek legal fees for the stress this has caused me. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
