According to my credit report, there were 2 hard pulls by Bank of America in XXXX and XXXX, 2022. I contacted BOA to investigate in XXXX, 2022 since I had not applied for any products with them. It took several days and dozens of calls and emails, but finally reached their fraud department and confirmed with them that the applications were NOT legitimate. They were to have stopped and denied the applications and removed the pulls from my credit report. I have no way to confirm that they actually denied the application, but they have not removed the pulls from my credit report and will not respond. I have contacted them 3 times via email with no response and no action. Bank of America refuses to correct my credit report or confirm the denial of the credit applications.
