U.S Bank is refusing to give me my money back even though XXXX admitted that there are unauthorized charges on my account. I am blocked and can not access my own XXXX account because of the unauthorized charges totaling {$13000.00}. They have also used the excuse that I should have reported the fraud within 60 days, otherwise, they could have helped me, but they did provide me {$5300.00} in credits from XXXX, even though those fraudulent charges happened way longer than 60 days ago as well so their excuses are not valid. I no longer feel safe banking with them and if I do not get my money back, I will be switching banks.
