XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX XXXX/Ascendiums false claims were removed from credit reporting agencies & XXXX ceased collection attempts. -XXXX. XXXX XXXX claimed to have acquired the alleged debt from XXXXAscendium XXXX -XXXX. XXXX XXXX received notice through CFPB, of the multiple criminal & civil violations being committed me. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX/Ascendium sent me a Legal Notice in regards to XXXX student loan claim in my past bankruptcy case stating [ in part ] : You are receiving this mailing to let you know about recent activity involving an attachment to a proof of claim Ascendium Education Solutions , Inc. filed in your bankruptcy case ... Ascendium filed a proof of claim in your bankruptcy case related to your student loans ... [ it ] had an attachment on which personally identifiable information... had been redacted... Ascendium later learned that, although the redacted information was not visible on the face of the attachments, it could be manipulated in such a way that it could be uncovered and viewed ... Ascendium is unaware of such manipulation or access involving your dataYou dont need to take any action... -XXXX.
