On XX/XX/2022, Bank of America informed me that within five to seven business days I was going to receive a new credit card because the account that I had before had been closed due to fraudulent activity. The number of the acount that was closed is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have contacted Bank of America on several occasions and they always told that they are going to mail me a new credit card but they never sent me the new credit card. Please request Bank of America to provide me a new credit card inmmediately.
