I had seen a few unauthorized transactions on my skylight prepaid mastercard on XX/XX/XXXX in the amounts of {$500.00} with a {$2.00} charge as well, another amount of {$200.00} with another {$2.00} XXXX, and also another amount of {$200.00} with again a {$2.00} charge. All these transactions shown on the account label them as a ATM withdrawal in which I could not possibly make these transactions as at these times they happened which were literally a minute apart from each other I was at my place of work in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Once I got notification of these transactions I called right away to the bank company to try and dispute these amounts. I had spoke to a representative and explained my situation, and then awaited a determination that would take couple weeks for them to to verify. On XX/XX/XXXX I had gotten there finished review of my dispute in which they denied me credit back into the card and read i would recieve a written notice in the mail with why the went against my dispute. These amounts taken from my account are not small and would take me a week of work to make and has caused me many financial burdens.
