I found out about a fraud attempt on my account I called USAA about it to report it before it happened, they then froze my account and said it would be closed in 60 Days, XXXX XX/XX/2022, I called them on XXXX XXXX to close the account and have the money sent to my home address they refused stating that the investagtion would restart on XXXX XX/XX/2022. Been with this bank for over 30 years and they treat me like a criminal. Shameful, behavior for a so called military organzation. I served 20 Years in the XXXX XXXX XXXX 6 times and I'm treated this way, dispicabale!
