BOA OWES ME {$430.00}, since XXXX XXXX. Don't understand why BOA would accept an incoming credit on a closed inactive account from XXXX INSTEAD OF REJECTING IT. I have reached out to the bank several times having to keep explaining my story over & over and no resolve or check. which I've told them several times and updated my address with them since. I'm tired of getting the run around about my money & can't even hardly afford gas & buy groceries. This freaking bank don't care about people.
