I have called my new student provider Aidvantage, to correct my monthly payment now that my loans were transferred to them from XXXX. I keep getting letters that my monthly loan payment is ~ {$1500.00} however they keep failing to add my wife 's loans which brings my payment to ~ {$1200.00}. I have called several times to get this corrected ( three times between end of XXXX and XX/XX/2022 ) and I keep getting told all is fixed but then get the same letter with the incorrect payment. I would like this to finally be corrected, but better yet, feel that if Aidvantage can not get this right, there are probably many other cases like mine out there. This leads me to believe Aidvantage is not prepared or well equipped to handle/service student loan payments. I don't know what else to do considering payments restart in a two months and am afraid they will not get it right and it will set us back financially. I was told it was the Department of Education because they keep saying she does not have loans. As you can see in the letters attached, I have been given many monthly payments from ~ {$990.00} t0 ~ {$3500.00}.
