XXXX XXXX XXXXsynchrony bank XXXX I made a complaint about fraud to the bank, about 6 month ago. Someone did purchases online without my authorization. Someone stole my identity and reached out synchrony bank/XXXXXXXX XXXX requesting new credit card on my behalf ( new credit card was sent to a different address, that they have on record, I was told by customer service representative XXXX Synchrony bank does not have any protection for to their customers they allowed transactions online for {$15000.00} ( It is RED FLAG ) and I DIDN'T GET any alert notification. I have been reporting this to them for SIX MONTHS However Synchrony bank has not removed all those fraud transactions from my account. I am really frustrated, please, please, please help me.
