See prior complaints, eg, XXXX. I have {$3500.00} at BAC. They respond to each complaint saying they can not release secret info. I never asked for any info. I've emailed them and you sets of docs proving that the trust was a term trust which expired decades ago. My name is on XXXX XXXX XXXX. Their letters say speak to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ext XXXX left unreturned messages for years. He finally called about XXXX mos. ago and said everything was fine, I'd get paid ( the hold-up has been that BAC lost the signature card ; not my fault ). No check. Left two more messages. So back to the usual ignore me.
