Consumer Narrative
I live in XXXX, but my permanent address is my parents house in XXXX. My parents received a debit card in the mail in my name from Bank Of America and informed me of such. I have never opened a Bank of America account in my life. I believe this account was fraudulently opened in my name, using some piece of my vital information. I do not know how Bank of America allowed this to happen without me being present in a branch with physical proof of my photo ID, passport, social security card, or birth certificate.
