XXXX XXXX they want me to verify my identity. Since i tried to transfer money into the debit card to use on XXXX XXXX XXXX. Already had {$21.00} in the card. They want me to email them my paycheck stub, social security number and governed issue ID through email. I wanted to close my amount, since they were not helpful, and return the remaining funds back. They said they could not until I give them the documents in order to get my money back. Tried to talk to someone but argued with me because, I had them on speaker phone, since I'm hard of hearing, while they recorded the conversation. Then they hung up on me and froze my account right after the call. Could not log back into my account. Can't even get documents from the XXXX XXXX XXXX since they locked me out.
