USAA responded to my complaint that i submitted here, They are refusing to do anything .They still cant explain why they chargeoff fraud my account .But they say no fraud occured, This makes no sense to me. Is there another person that i could go thru at this bank, The lady XXXX XXXX was very unknowledgeable of accounts and said that they just respond to comp ; laints .She could not answer the question, I think its probablhy internal fraud the way she could not give me any reasons,
