Usaa My account was croupted 4 mths ago usaa send 3 new atm cards and I closed my checking account. All attempts were by ach I had over 20 within 90 days sometimes 3 a week Usaa would always refund any money taken and fees. However after 3 attempts in one week it takes an 10 business days to settle each event. Preventing me from closings the account in the mean time 3 more would come in same account number different name you would think they could figure it out after speaking with 4 mangers a fraud department twice. There suggestion is for me to pay the {$29.00} overdraft fees and close the account Now I already been refunded the money taken this is about the overdraft fee which I refused to pay All I want is to close the account
