Portfolio recovery a third party debt collector refuses to send me the history or the origin of the debt that they are sueing me for. I sent them a certified letter XX/XX/XXXX and I had an attorney send them a letter on XX/XX/XXXX, both of which they are ignoring as they continue to garnish my bank account. Back in XXXX they told me that the account was resolved and I only have had one account, now they have changed it to two accounts, one is open and one say resolved paid in full. I only had one account. They are refusing to provide and supporting documents
