Last month I contacted USAA to change the delivery method of my credit card statement from paperless to paper statements due to the bank cancelling my membership and locking me out of my account since XX/XX/XXXX. I was not able to make a payment on the charged off credit card since XX/XX/XXXX and I still have not received a paper statement from USAA to make a payment on the credit card bill. There are three options for me to make a payment either through phone, online, or mail. I am not making a payment by phone or online due to USAA cancelling my membership and locking me out of the moble app for over a month and half therefore, I requested to receive a paper statement since last month and I have not received the statement to make a payment. I do not trust USAA with my current banking information due to their constant harassment and white supremacist acts of withholding and doing what they want to do with the money I earn by going to work since the year of XXXX.
