The payments I made towards money owed on my credit card is not reflecting the balance on my card and the credit card company increases my credit limit without my consent. I have made several attempts to resolve the issues with the company about. First issue is that the payments I made towards my promotional balance were not applied. Secondly I did not have access to the activities on the account and there have been no transparency since I opened. Anytime I returned a purchased item to the store, a purchase made on the credit card, the refund never show up on my balance. And whenever I try to resolve the issue the customer service representatives give me a run around.
