date : XXXX amount : XXXX XXXX XXXX I put the money into the atm machine of Bank of America XXXX which ATM ID is XXXX, but it was jammed on the machine, and then I could not pull out that jammed money, and then machine was closed, so I could not do anything, so I reported this to the bank and then they said they would investigate this and would let me know. But after a month, they are saying they check the XXXX and they were seeing I put some money in, but they do not know how much it is and then they can not check the money amount, so they do not want to pay back to me. I do not know what I should do next. Please give us some advice.
