On XX/XX/2022 around XXXX XXXX to purchase a vehicle that is dependable because the one I just got is not. I found a truck I really liked it reminded me of my old truck that i no longer have, it was a good truck. Then we went inside and filled out the application where I told him upon completion as I was signing for consent to run the credit check to only run it once. They assured me that they would then they ran it through TOYOTA XXXX XXXX as well as SOUTHEASTERN TOYOTA FIN as I learned through XXXX XXXX. At this point I was informed I would need a large down payment with the credit score they pulled. to which I handed them a copy of the following violations along with some definitions from this website and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX A SHORT LIST they took adverse action against me in denial of credit as codified in 15 USC 1691c and is also civilly liability under 15 USC 1692k. they are subject under criminal liability under 15 USC 1691 as I have proof that I was denied credit due to the response I received as well as the print out of denial. they are in violation of 15 USC 1681m and 12 CFR 1002 because I the consumer made an application in good faith, but credit was not extended to me. Furthermore, my social security number ( credit card ) was used and I received no benefit. This is proof of fraudulent activity ( unauthorized use of credit card ) on behalf of SOUTHEASTERN TOYOTA FIN AND TOYOTA XXXX XXXX I have reached out to TOYOTA who reached out to TOYOTA XXXX XXXX and SOUTHEAST TOYOTA FIN gave me a run around. I am also aware they are in violation of 15 USC 1681n and 15 USC 1681o, along with a whole list of other violations. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
