I am XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and discovered XXXX companies are supposed to waive the annual fee. I have tried to resolve my issues with Chase for nearly a year and keep getting the run around. On XX/XX/2022 I was told by my fellow XXXX XXXX members that XXXX XXXX military member I should not be charged their XXXX annual fee. I showed them my XXXX proof of service, etc. They stated they did not have to give me a refund for the YEARS of charging me the XXXX annual fee when they shouldn't have. I am due nearly XXXX in fees that Chase REFUSES to refund! They keep giving me the run around, transferring me to their " military department '' which doesn't do anything except delay. Obviously, all banks are greedy, but this bank might take the cake. The ONLY correct resolution is refunding me the erroneous charges which they refuse to do. For other XXXX XXXX members, I highly recommend going to XXXX or other companies that actually take care of us and fix our issues.
