Bank of America handles prepaid cards for the XXXX XXXXXXXX. I am unable to activate my card online because my " security information is incorrect '' despite multiple attempts, triple checking what I entered. The prepaid customer service number, and in fact all of their customer service numbers have been disconnecting after one ring every time I call for several days, so I can not activate the card that way either. I am completely out of money, with past due bills and rent, and I can not access the funds the state has given me. I am incurring late fees as I type this. I will be out of food soon, as well, have had to cancel necessary medical appointments, and can not afford my insulin. This is completely, and utterly unacceptable. If I could seek damages, I would.
