On XX/XX/2022 i received a phone call from the fraud department of Netspend calling to verify if the person given access to my account that morning was me. the number of the person pretending to be me was a XXXX area code -i am XXXX I let them know quickly that it was not me and then the representative asked me to verify my identification particulars and then proceeded to argue with me for the next 45 minutes that morning at XXXX somebody called pretending to be me but given access to my account and the solution that's been came up with was to close all of my accounts because my information had been hacked and accessed two other accounts and money was being transferred back and forth which was not made by me and all of my accounts with them have been closed and I have no access to any of the funds that were already in the accounts on top of the funds that were taken out of the accounts that were unauthorized and fraudulent they will not let me access my statements they will not let me access any of the information to my accounts I'm never allowed to bank with them again and I tried to remind the lady that they called me not the other way around and now they refused to help or illuminate me on the matter or even inform me on how I'm going to get the funds that were in the balance of these accounts
