Upon checking my credit report, I notice an account from SYNCB/BrandsMart that XXXX believe is not being reported correctly on my credit report. On XX/XX/2022, I sent them a certified letter informing them that they were reporting inaccurate information on my credit report and requested that they provide me with the information that they used to verify the accuracy of my account. After not hearing from them for more than 45 days, I sent another certified letter on XX/XX/2022, ( See Attached ), again requesting that they provide me with the information they were using to prove the accuracy of my account. I also sent certified letters to the XXXX credit bureaus ( See Attached ), along with my incident report ( See Attached ), asking them to verify or remove the negative report on my credit report that SYNCB/BrandsMart were reporting. So far, I have not gotten a response from them either. As you can see, I have been dealing with this situation for several months with no success, so I am writing to you for help me with this matter.
