Consumer Narrative
I received a bank statement dated closing period XX/XX/2022. I promptly called and they advised me they would put a fraud alert on the account. I received another statement XX/XX/2022 and the account is still open. I called multiple times and was hung up on for no reason mid conversation as they were verifying all my details. Social, drivers license, dob and etc. After 4 calls they finally gave me a case number. Additionally if you ask for the fraud department you are transfers to a third party- how can this be allowed to occur? I am not confident this account is closed.
