I received the official XX/XX/XXXX denial letter of claim XXXX and the evidence provided by BofA is false. I have never transacted business with a XXXX XXXX nor did I authorize the transaction on XX/XX/XXXX. Furthermore ; the IP address provided is not my IP Address. I have done my own research and the device info used to make these purchases DOES NOT belong to me ; it is not my devices serial number or IMEI number. I do not have an XXXX account and all other purchases from this account, on both my BofA credit card and XXXX by XXXX XXXX credit card, were determined fraudulent. I have documented proof of an email I sent in XXXX to built by bees making them aware of this fraudulent purchases. They responded on XXXX stating they would correct this fraudulent purchase and refund me. I will be notifying the FDIC, CFPB & the FEDERAL RESERVE of this falsehood.
