I always received paper statements for XXXX years, and in XX/XX/2022, I did not receive my paper statement, so I was late with my payment, first time EVER! After several calls they credited late fee but they didn't tell me they were charging a trailing interest, which I never heard of, that totalled {$100.00}, and they won't credit it.
