I fell behind on my payments in XXXX when i got laid off of my job due to XXXX I was very honest with Axos and told them what was going on and made payments when i was able to, I then got evicted and had to move and get a new job so i was about XXXX past due and they put my vehicle in for repossession on XX/XX/XXXX. i tried multiple times in XXXX and XXXX to make a payment and set up a payment plan but they refused and told me that my contract had been sent to another department so they could no longer help me or take any money. They gave me the number for the repossession department and i called multiple times and left messages and nobody ever called me back in regards to finding a way for me to keep my car. They told me i would need at least half and when i tried to pay them almost half they still refused and said they want the car not the money. Then when i asked when they would be picking up the car they said they could not give me any information. Then i had an investor call me and we scheduled for the vehicle to be picked up on XX/XX/31 and they still have not picked it up or reached out to me.
