MOHELA does not respond to phone calls, portal messages, and sent me 4 letters stating I do not qualify for PSLF because my government and nonprofit employers are really FOR PROFIT employers which is false. I'm VERY close to forgiveness so I guess they really want me to file a lawsuit. MOHELA must fix these issues and illegal practices immediately.
