On XX/XX/2022 I in error used XXXX XXXX online application system to transfer XXXX XXXXXXXX from my checking account at Bank of America to a closed savings account at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX rejected the transfer on XX/XX/2022. I was told by an XXXX XXXX representative that their rejection would automatically send the XXXX XXXX back to Bank of America to be credited to my checking account. Not having had my checking account credited for the XXXX XXXX I have been calling both banks. Each time my call is routed to a different call center and I get a different explanation as to what will happen when. It appears that my XXXX XXXXXXXX has vanished and this should not be case. Please help me get my XXXX XXXXXXXX back.
