Consumer Narrative
I have called Aidvantage after receiving no communication from them regarding my loans being transferred to them from XXXX. They still have not set up my account and are now handling my refund request according to XXXX. When I called, I was told XXXX is still handling the refund which seems to not be the case, however I still can not log into an Aidvantage account to receive or check on any updates regarding this issue, and the employees do not seem to know what is happening either when I call.
