FedLoan currently holds all the loans that I finished paying before the loans were transferred to XXXX. I called at the end of XXXX ( about two weeks ago ) and confirmed that I would be receiving a refund on all those loans and would be getting the money in my account in 6 weeks. It has now been about 8 weeks and I still have not seen the money and I can not see any open loan balances in my FedLoan portal.
