I took out a pay day loan on XX/XX/2022. I was given the money but then I was sent to the XXXX hospital for a mouth. I was not get a paycheck. So when I got out I had to restart working. I called them right away stated what had happened and to see if they would work with me. They said they can't work with me and that I need to start paying double payments. I was not able to because I was getting less than 35 hours a week. Then I notice on my last paycheck that I received on XX/XX/2022. XXXX XXXX XXXX garnish 15 % of my paycheck which was about {$150.00}. I called my human resource office and they stated that they have a wage collection paper that I have never signed. I was never sent to court or served papers for this. I took out the amount of {$350.00}. According to XXXX XXXX XXXX I owe the company over {$1100.00}. I was not servered paper work from small claims court or severed paperwork from a judge. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
