Consumer Narrative

I receive checks from my employer as 1099 worker on the XXXX and XXXX of the month. The past 3 time my checks have been held for 4-5 days. I talked to Bank of America XXXX and was told because 1 of the checks was chargeback so from now on every check deposit will be put on a hold. The problem was it wasn't my fault for the chargeback. My employers went on vacation and was not able to answer the call from their bank. And it was a 1 off incident during my 6 month employment with this employer. As a 20 year customer, I feel that I am being held liable for 1 off mistake that was made by someone else. I should be able to pay bills with my hard earn money.
