JPMORGAN CHASE BANK , N.A . card services address XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX is illegally accessing and pulling my XXXX credit report without my consent. Which is a violation of the Fair Credit Report Act. It appears JP Morgan Chase Bank illegally accessed my report as inquiries XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. However, I do not have any active credit card accounts with the bank nor do I have an established business relationship. As of XX/XX/XXXX, credit card number ending XXXX & XXXX tradelines information were suppressed and deleted from all three major credit bureaus XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Therefore there is no account information to review, which puts JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. in violation of the FCRA Act for making such inquiries. Futhermore, as of XX/XX/XXXX I canceled my XXXX XXXX account. Which severed my self credit monitoring relationship with this bank. I am also opted out of " all '' promotional credit and insurance offers.
