I got sick with XXXX XXXX XXXX then I got worst when I got XXXX. After a long illness Ive recovered enough to start working again. My mortgage servicer stopped accepting payments and told me I have to bring everything current. I applied and was approved for the HAF program but my mortgage servicer is dragging there foot in an attempt to foreclose on my home. This is the second HAF attempt to work with Rushmore Loan Services to bring my mortgage current. Rushmore employed delay tactics the first HAF attempt until the 30 day HAF time limit expired. Were now in the second HAF attempt and Rushmore is employing the same tactics. My home is worth $ XXXX {$380000.00}. Rushmore and its investor XXXX stand to make more if they foreclose on my home than accept the HAF settlement which would bring my status current. Rushmore has locked me out of online access to my account since XX/XX/2022. I have no access to government programs because Rushmore has denied online applications. I filled for bankruptcy In XXXX of XXXX to stop Rushmore from foreclosing on my home. I have made my last XXXX mortgage payments but my balance owed has gone up over {$9000.00} according to Rushmore. I need help to keep my home for me and my kids. Im a XXXX with XXXX kids. The lying and obfuscation by Rushmore is depressing and very stressful. Im at my wicks end. Disturbing thoughts are coming into my mind more frequently. Please help me?
