Consumer Narrative
I was unable to pay for my storage facility and had all my possessions auctioned off because Bank of America reversed a provisional credit the day I deposited money ( XX/XX/22 ) to pay my storage bill. As a result, there was insufficient funds to cover my payment ( XX/XX/22 ) and it went to auction. I thought they had to pay anything for five days if the charge wouldve gone through if not for the reversal? Now my possessions are gone forever.
