On XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent a XXXX payment to my friend XXXX XXXX for {$350.00} as payment for a loan. I am a XXXX y/o male on XXXX and have used XXXX a few times in the past. The only thing I did different was I used my cell phone instead of my pc to send the money and I don't understand how my friends payment information came up wrong. I have never used it to pay her but I have received payment by her many times. Anyhow the first thing we noticed was that her name came up wrong on my payment to here. It is usually sent to XXXX XXXX. This one went to XXXX XXXX XXXX and the phone number was off by just one number. I know for a fact that I didn't will out her name wrong or type in the wrong number. When she told me she hadn't received payment I alerted the bank which was on XX/XX/XXXX and they started a investigation which will take 30 days to complete and I just don't have that kind of money to throw away especially now trying to get by on a fixed income with the cost of living so high. So we are waiting for First Bank in XXXX to finish the investigation. Praying I get my money back. Will I ever use XXXX again? No ......
