I acquired my home from JP Morgan Chase in XX/XX/1999, I never received the Purchase Money Loan ( Cash Advance ) from JP Morgan Chase Bank, I signed a Promissary Note which doesn't constitute a loan, My mortgage was the agreement that pledged the property as collateral for a loan. I haven't been notified of Acceptance so I paid for and Offer that is currently filed in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Loans means debt evidence by promissory note plus interest. JP MORGAN CHASE BANK needs to show proof of interest in my private property. This is Fraud 18 USC 1001, slavery forced compliance to contracts not held 18 USC 3571 also Identity theft.
