On Thursday XX/XX/2022 my wife received a phone call stating that I was being served an order of location at my residence and I would need to contact XXXX for information regarding a file number XXXX. The same day, my mother was also contacted and was told that I was being located for a legal matter and they advised that they were attorneys. When I contacted the number I was told that I was being sued for defrauding the bank and breach of a contract. When I asked for additional information and a letter of validation for the debt they were reffering to they advised that they were not required to send me anything ans if I did not comply today they would continue their filing with the courts and would send an order of location out for me to my residence. The compmany would not even provide me with their full name and where I had called, the representative continued to raise their voice and demand payment immediately or I would be located. When I asked for written documentation of a payment plan or payment arrangement information I was told that they were not required to provide me with anything until I satisfied the debt they claim. This company calls my family members everyday and intimidates them and tells them they are attorneys and that I have legal troubles and that they are sending an order of location. They also will not provide me with any validation, validation in the mail, or answers to my questions, they just demand payment and threaten me.
