I had an account with XXXX and after a payment was deducted from my card account. I cancelled the XXXX. Following my cancellation XXXX XXXX XXXX email informing me they were issuing me a refund {$15.00} and that I would receive the refund before XXXX. The refund was placed into my Netspend all access account. Subsequently the funds were removed back out of my NetSpend all access account without my permission. I then contacted my card account issuer NetSpend all access. Who confirmed the refund and reversal by XXXX. Netspend to my dispute along with the copy of the email I'd received from XXXX. and made me pay fees to get a new card. On XXXX I received a written letter from NetSpend XXXX XXXX had XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$15.00} and completely ignoring the reversal of the refund back from my account ( done without my permission ) which was the basis of my dispute. On XXXX ( the date of this complaint ) I contacted NetSpend all access customer XXXX. claim # XXXX and was given the run arround by several different employees. Though only one would provide name and Id # and that would be XXXX. another named XXXX and XXXX refused to provide Id numbers.
