Starting on XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX there were 18 charges on my Citibank account from XXXX which were unauthorized. Based on my conversation with the Citibank Fraud Dept. I was advised that my XXXX XXXX account had been hacked. I was credited the full amount, but then received several letters from Citibank advising that " '' Your claim was researched, however, there was insufficient information to conclude that the above transaction was unauthorized ''. These charges were fraudulent and Citibank is refusing to assist in this matter so that I may be credited the almost {$700.00} in fraudulent charges.
