Presented POA to the bank and was approved able to withdraw from the account and requested a wire transfer and was approved. Then the funds was held by the banks wire transfer dept. because my name is not on account which was not the case. At the branch, they were able to add my name on the account by POA but the wire transfer dept. cant see the approved paper so they were requesting an account verification by phone which didnt materialize because the account owner was unable to communicate. But since my name was already added on to account it should be enough.
